In no event will Reentry Plus, L3C's total liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Reentry Plus, L3C in the last 12 months.

The arbitration will take place in Chicago, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located there.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reentry Plus with respect to your use of the Services. They supersede any prior agreements, written or oral, related to your use of the Services.
